Residencial Lar do Areeiro is located just two minutes walk from the station Areeiro, which will offer a thousand possibilities to discover Lisbon and its surroundings. You will also find very close a variety of shops at Avenida de Roma and at Avenida Guerra Junqueiro. Another interesting visit is the restored bullring of Campo Pequeno.

Lisbon is an incombustible city with multiple options such as museums, monuments or tram or bus tours, among many examples. The famous regular tram number 28 takes you to the typical old quarters: Graça, Sé, Alfama, Baixa, Chiado, Estrela. You can start at Plaza do Comercio with the tourist trams (red ones) with two itineraries: Seven Hills tours or tour Descubrimientos.

At Belém there are a lot of monuments related to the discoveries of the kingdom such as the Tower of Belém, the Monument to the Discoveries and the most beautiful Monastery of Jerónimos, as well as the Float Museum and the modern Belem Cultural Centre for exhibitions.

At Baixa/Chiado quarter you can take a walking tour among buildings, lifts, funiculars and all the beautiful architecture typical of Lisbon. From St George’s Castle you can enjoy an amazing view of the city, at Alfama and Mouraria quarters you can surround yourself by the magic of Fado and visit the famous Cathedral of Lisbon.

You can continue to refine your swing just 2.4 kilometers from the Residencial Lar do Areeiro, at the Bela Vista Golf Club, a golf club of over 1900 meters with a training camp, a 9 hole and 32 par golf course, a club house, a shop, a terrace and a restaurant. Residencial Lar do Areeiro is also very close to Cascais, Estoril and Sintra, where you can enjoy the sea, the sun and the mountains, as well as practicing water sports, surfing, windsurfing and admire natural landscapes.

just 30 minutes you will arrive by train from Cais do Sodré to the Estoril Coast, internationally renowned for the quality of its beaches and the different activities offered to visitors even during winter: walks along the sea, sport (golf, surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, diving, etc ...), a lively nightlife with bars, clubs, Casino Estoril and a varied and delicious cuisine.

Just 12 kilometers from Cascais and 45 minutes from Lisbon is located Sintra, a charming town known for its beautiful scenery and for its monuments, such as the National Palace Villa, Quinta da Regaleira, the Pena Palace, Castle the Moors and the Convent of the Capuchin.
